This stage involves gently bringing unconscious patterns to light — the internal narratives shaped by early experiences, culture, or past wounds that quietly influence your choices, confidence, and sense of possibility.
2.Deep Inquiry and Meaning-Making
Here, we explore where these beliefs came from, how they’ve served you, and where they may be holding you back. This is a process of compassionate self-examination, not judgment — inviting clarity and context around long-held inner truths.
3.Redefining Your Inner Narrative
With awareness comes agency. This phase is about consciously reshaping belief systems to align with who you’re becoming — grounded in possibility, resilience, and self-trust. We co-create empowering mental frameworks that support your growth.
4.Embodiment and Integration
Lasting transformation requires practice. In this stage, new beliefs are anchored through consistent action, emotional regulation tools, and mindset shifts — allowing your inner evolution to show up in your leadership, relationships, and everyday decisions.
Each of the four sessions contain:
Exploration of Key Barriers: Identify and break down the limiting beliefs and societal norms that shape men’s emotional expression and vulnerability.
Deep Immersion: Participate in dynamic group exercises that encourage open communication, self-reflection, and emotional discovery.
Partner Exercises & Group Check-ins: Engage in partner exercises that foster real-life applications of what you're learning, and routine group check-ins to track your growth and share your challenges.
Safe, Supportive Space: This cohort-based program is designed to cultivate trust, openness, and confidentiality, ensuring that you feel safe and empowered throughout your journey.
Where we’re doing the work:
We do both virutal and in-person sessions depending on your cohort. For virtual sessions, you will need a space where you have privacy and feels like a quiet sanctuary for you.
