Men’s Community Call

This open community call is a space for past participants and curious newcomers to join, be witnessed, and ask questions about the work.

Whether you’ve been part of a Haven group before or are simply wanting to get a feel for the container, you’re welcome here. Some men come to share where they are in their integration. Others come to listen. Others come with questions about men’s work, relational growth, or whether Haven is the right fit for them.

There’s no pressure to speak, perform, or arrive with anything figured out. This is a grounded, human space to connect, reflect, and be in conversation.

Time: 6:30 - 7:30 PM MST
Location: Google Meet

Come as you are. Stay for what’s useful.

Haven Cohort VII

Haven Cohort VII

Our foundational program is an 8-part workshop and immersion designed to help men identify, understand, and dissolve the barriers that keep them from deeper emotional intimacy—with themselves, with their partners, and with the people they care about.

Over 16 weeks, you’ll step into a guided process that blends inner work, honest reflection, and supportive brotherhood. Each session builds on the last, helping you uncover the patterns that limit connection, heal the places that have gone unseen, and develop the capacity to meet life with more presence, clarity, and heart.

This is not surface-level work. It’s a structured and held container that invites real transformation if you’re willing to show up for yourself. Through shared dialogue, embodiment practices, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to trust yourself more fully, express more authentically, and create relationships that feel spacious, alive, and true.

This is the foundation—where men learn to finally let themselves be known.

Haven Men's Hike

Haven Men’s Hike

Join us for a Haven men’s hike in the Millcreek area, hosted by Haven participant Todd. This is an opportunity to get outside together, move our bodies, and connect in a low-pressure, grounded way. Conversation is welcome, silence is welcome, and the emphasis is on being present rather than performing.

After the hike, we’ll gather for a group lunch nearby to continue the connection and enjoy time together off the trail.

This hike is open to Haven participants and men who are curious about the work and want to experience the community in an organic setting.

If you’re interested in joining, please text Todd at 801.472.5918 for details and logistics.

Come as you are. Lace up your shoes. Let the rest unfold.

Haven Workshop on Healthy Grieving for Men

Inspired by the work of Francis Weller, Jungian depth psychology, and Sufi wisdom

At Haven Men’s Work, we hold grief as sacred. In a world that often encourages us to suppress or avoid sorrow, we gather to honor it — not as weakness, but as a gateway to deeper connection, authenticity, and healing.

This workshop is a space for men to come together in honest reflection, emotional courage, and communal presence. As a therapist and facilitator, I draw on multiple streams of wisdom, including the soulful framework of Francis Weller’s Five Gates of Grief, Jungian archetypal psychology, and the heart-centered teachings of Sufi mysticism, to guide us into meaningful encounters with our inner landscapes.
